COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This Belgian white ales is very pale in color and is brewed using “locally grown” unmalted wheat and Belgian malted barley. It is very lightly spiced with coriander and orange peel for light perceived aroma, as the phenolic spiciness and yeast flavors are more evident at a mild level. The unfiltered, nearly opaque, haze is an intended part of the appearance. The style is further characterized by the use of noble-type hops to achieve a low hop bitterness and little to no apparent hop flavor. This beer has light body and a low fruity-ester level. 4.4% abv OG 1.043 IBU:8
