Cask @ The Angel, Manchester. The pour’s light gold with a small head. The aroma’s of white grape, some grain and mild grassy hoppiness. The taste is pale malt sweetness, orchard fruits, light honeyed white bread. Mild citrus hop finish. Smooth, inoffensive. In very nice condition. Overall, OK.

Cask at Leeds 2012 Beer Festival, Pudsey, W.Yorks 16.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Sulphurous nose, pale gold in colour with filmy white head. Touch dry and with an ok bitterness. The taste is not too dissimilar to many a Yorkshire golden beer though it doesn’t stand out. A6 A4 T6 P4 Ov12 3.2

On cask at brewers pride, ossett. Pale gold with good white head. Quite dry, few hops, drinkable bitter. Pleasant but unspectacular. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
