Cask conditioned at The Fountain, Lower Gornal, W.Midlands. Gold with white head. A real find this one, a genuinely refreshing, light, summery Golden Ale, true to its type. Flowery, light fresh hops with a crisp malty base. Very, very good.

A magnificent, modern ale. The aroma is powerful and floral leading to a clean citrus palate and a slightly dry but clean finish. Stunning.

Cask@Kingston Beer Festival. Very nice stuff. Quite flowery, with tropical fruit in the nose. Palate is soft, yet full flavoured with some lychee, grapefruit and piney characters, very nice, and well balanced, a good find!

Gravity fresh @ Pig's Ear Festival, East London. Fragrant hops. Stunning. Beautiful malt. Scintillating hops. Perfect balance. A wonderful beer. Thanks to Tony for saving the last drop for Spiesy and me. The Red Lion brewpub is really making an impression on me.
