Cask at Leeds 2012 Beer Festival, Pudsey, W.Yorks 16.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Sulphurous nose, pale gold in colour with filmy white head. Touch dry and with an ok bitterness. The taste is not too dissimilar to many a Yorkshire golden beer though it doesn’t stand out. A6 A4 T6 P4 Ov12 3.2

On cask at brewers pride, ossett. Pale gold with good white head. Quite dry, few hops, drinkable bitter. Pleasant but unspectacular. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 18/3/08. Pale gold with a decent white head. Bog, hoppy aroma of tropical fruit, flowers and pine resin. Flavour started slightly sweet before more citrus and pine hops introduced a long, dry finish. Very good.
