3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured from a large bottle, its brown/amber in color and a large to medium head that dissipates quickly. I smell raisin, cherry and wood. I taste all of the same, but the tart cherry is pronounced and a sourness comes in the finish. It very well balance. I do like it:)

250 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber brown colour with a white firm head. Aroma of tart cherries, some wood and toffee. Rather rich flavour of tart cherries, wood, some raspberry seeds and mild bitterness. Nice acidity. Medium bodied and a sharp, wooden, dry finish. Surprisingly good. Nice and sharp with it’s acidity.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle poured into snifter. Dark ruby with finger of off white head. Smells slightly of fruit and malt. Tastes like cherry up front, then vinegar like taste kicks in, pretty tart. Also malt but not a whole lot. Palate is kind of light and easy drinking like juice. First sour and not so bad.
