Bottled. Brownish ruby, creamy pale beige head. Vinegary cranberry aroma. Feels tart despite it’smalt sweetness. Buttery with rounded mouthfeel, refreshing acidity. Well balanced, but rather one-dimensional.

(Bottle 25 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a beautiful, clear red colour with a small, beige head. Tart and ligtly woody aroma. Fairly light in body with notes of raisins and wood with a subdued and pleasant acidity. A very pleasant, smooth and quaffable Sour. 290308

25 cL bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours clear and golden brown with a lacing tan head. Aroma is fruity wineous aroma. Flavour is dry citric with a mild fruity note beneath. Goes into a dry lingering fruity finish. Very nice.

Bottled. Very deep ruby red colour with small beigeish brown head. Aroma is big time sour fruits along with some freshly cut wood and some hints of mild sour cherries. Flavour is not as sour, and also the fruity notes are weaker than the wooden ones. Not much aftertaste at all. This could be one of the flemish sours that’s mild enough to get people to "get" the style. I prefer the ones which are more sour and dry in flavour than this one though.

Dark brown-red, with little head. Sweet yeasty, and fruity aroma, but also slightly sour. A cherry sourness dominates the flavor, though there’s also some tartness. Fairly clean mouthfeel, with sour aftertaste that fades quickly. Nothing special about this one.
