COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden straw-yellow colour with a big frothy and white head which falls down pretty fast. Aroma of pale malt, hay, grass and some pepper, alcohol, citrus and belgian yeast. Not far from a pilsener. The flavour is not very impressive either with hay, sweet corn, hops and some spices and alcohol. The mouthfeel is soft and slick, and has a light to medium bitterness. I’m a bit disappointed by this beer, and is pretty boring and too close to a light lager in aroma and flavour.

The aroma is very exotic, a lot of very ripe fruit like, of course, banana, but also pineapple, mango and peach. It’s refreshing and it has just the right bitterness, like you’d expect from a refreshing beer like this one.

Nice classic Belgian blonde. 33cl bottle in Dickens Bar Hong Kong. Cloudy yellow with big longlasting soapy head. Aroma is toasty with almonds. Soft on the palate. Nice balance of maltiness, bitterness. Lingering bitter flavours with liquorice, toast, almonds. Light tasting for 9% alcohol. Delicious. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Verrassend bier.

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivopija Beograd (Zemun). Yellow/golden coloured, medium sized airy white head, lively carbonation, dusty pils like grainy nose boosted with alcohol...wtf??? Sweet malty, light spicy and yeasty, fruity and alcoholic with dryish finish. Despite 8.0% pretty thin.
