COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

Nice aromas of fruit, esters, spices, cloves. Great mouthfeel, and decent concentration. Same flavours in the mouth. Good balancing hops. Not terribly exciting, but a well made beer which camouflages its eight percent well. Drinkable.

9th December beer from advent calendar. Golden colour, big white head. Aroma has malts and bread. The taste is bready, malt. Quite high carbonation. Rather well balanced on the palate. Great.

In bottiglia. Aroma di miele milefiori, camomilla. Al palato a dominare il miele e la dolcezza del malto con il contributo del luppolo praticamente impercettibile. Sbilanciata

Bottle @ The One, Brugge. Golden-blond with a thick frothy head. Light in its style despite its strength with some lager style malts evident.

Bottle. Clear blond with a frothy white head. Some straw, a little corn and a little grass aroma, straight forward bitter, saaz-like hoppiness. Medium body, lots of carbonation, bitter finish. Straight forward, no-nonsense neer.

Bottle from Majstor za Pivo, Belgrade. Hazy pale. Good white foam. Sweet malt-yeast, typical profile. Spritely carbonation and alc sweetness. Good but not very interesting.

Aroma of fruits, yeast, light bready malts, some spices, floral hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bittersweet finish. A little noticeable alcohol. Quite decent Belgian Strong Pale Ale.

Have had this before but now rating it. Pours classic Belgian strong golden - huge white head, just slightly hazy bright gold liquid. Great aroma with clean funk and some bread. Taste has a lot more bready / malty than I was expecting - I think its partly because the carbonation is in such balance. This is a great beer - really just textbook. Id put it up against Duvel any day.

From bottle, minimal head, light orange pour; I can taste a light hops complexity mixed with a slightly bitter finish. Very smooth and drinkable belgian blonde. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
