COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

Nice aromas of fruit, esters, spices, cloves. Great mouthfeel, and decent concentration. Same flavours in the mouth. Good balancing hops. Not terribly exciting, but a well made beer which camouflages its eight percent well. Drinkable.

0,33L bottle (from Wine of Galilee). Pours golden with huge off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, grains, malt. Flavor follows the nose. Finish has some bitterness and metallic notes. Alcohol is rather well covered. Overall: good enough to get drunk.

Very beautiful blond beer, with a bit haze and quite long head. Very good lacing. Not very strong aroma but enough to be enjoyable: hops, candy, strawberry, spices and a bit of banana In mouth this beer is surprising. Bitter-sweet taste, well balanced and quite intense. Medium body and medium carbonation. The high alcohol content is perfectly integrated and it is difficult to believe its 8%. Not very long finish. Beer easy to drink and very enjoyable. Totally recommendable.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with big white head. Candy, strawberries, sugary, lots of bitter herbs, lemon cakes, ras-al-hanout. Quite sweet with medium bitter herbal finish. Medium bodied with full carbonation and some alcohol. Nothing special.

330ml bottle. Clear golden shade. Forms a large white head. Aroma is nettle, honey, grain. Malty taste with slight banana, pear and apple notes. It seems sweet but thats kept in check by a dry finish. Drinkable but not the most distinctive.
