COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

I personally was a little disappointed with this blond. Pretty much a bog standard lager, with no defining qualities. Still, very well made and makes for easy drinking.

Yellow hazy with medium white head. Citrus sourness follwed by hoppy bitterness, which stays as aftertaste.

Robe blonde, reflets verts. Nez sur le houblon, le citron, les fruits jaunes, la levure. Bouche à l’attaque ample, une belle mousse crémeuse, une rétro houblonnée et une finale fraîche et équilibrée. Un bière raffraîchissante, équilibrée.

Bottle at Vlissingen. Clear golden with a big foamy head. Aroma is yeast, white bread, some citrus, grassy notes. Looooots of carbo, I thought Duvel was overcarbonated but this is in another league. Yeasty, malts, citrus, oranges. Decent.

A rather strong aroma (especially for a blond beer) of hops, yeast and a lot of alcohol. Quite the treat.

Bottle. Golden-blond with a thick frothy head. Light in its style despite its strength with some lager style malts evident.

A golden yellow coloured beer with a frothy and thick white head. A fruity, boozy aroma with a biscuity malt element. Dry and fizzy mouthfeel. A tart, boozy taste, winey and pithy grapefruit. There is a background maltiness. The finish is tart and fruity.

The aroma is very exotic, a lot of very ripe fruit like, of course, banana, but also pineapple, mango and peach. It’s refreshing and it has just the right bitterness, like you’d expect from a refreshing beer like this one.
