COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OMER. traditional blond is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops from Germany, Slovenia and the Czech Republic are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness

11.2oz. bottle served in a tulip. Lots of carbonation. Poured a pale gold with a huge white head. Some bready malt and noble hops in the aroma. Lighter side of medium bodied. Nice depth of malt flavor with a fair amount of hop bitterness. No real Belgian yeast character. More like a helles bock to me. Easy drinking.

White/orange pour with large white head. Aroma of some citrus and pepper, flavor is smooth and yeasty, with hint of orange and lemon and a spicy finish.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that lasts awhile. The aroma is yeast abd pepper. Medium mouthfeel with dry yeast and clove with a sweet finish. A good Abbey Tripel from Bockor.

Scrapersnbeer (448) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Smells yeasty and sugary, and not unlike a lighter sour ale. Light gold, fountain of co2 feeds into a rocky two finger head. This beer is tart with a salt and pepper background, and not nearly as sweet as expected. Light body, zesty if not crisp. Not substantial enough to be a tripel.

Dirty blonde colour with a thin head. The aroma is bready and slightly floral. The taste is floral, dusty and a little bit appley. Decent, like a dry tripel.

bottle from total wine. honey-gold, slim lace. sweet vanilla custard aroma and flavors is off-putting, even if it finishes off-dry with grainy malt liquor quality. drinkable but disappointing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
