330ml compact bottle picked up at Systembolaget and enjoyed at the hotel room. Quite nice aroma of pine and malt from an attractive deep brown gown. Taste of coriander, sweet anise and (too much) candy sweetness. Smooth, fizzy and smokey. Full bodied (02.12.2006).

Bottle 75 cl (2005 edition). Dark brown colour, long lasting head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Not as much alcohol flavour as the "usual" belgian christmas ales.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours with thin head. I find it too sweet. Malty, slightly yeasty with taste of marcipan and fruit.
