Appearance : dark colour, clear, fine and generous white head. Flair : rich with a scent of coriander and liquorice. Taste : full mouthed, heady, pleasant aroma of the typical special malts. Remark : tasting between 8° and 12°C. Typical beer for the end of the year. High range beer to taste together with family or friends.

Correcte.

Head is average, off-white and frothy. Body is dark reddish brown, sparkles are visible. Aroma contains quite some malts (mainly roasted and sweet), spices, lime, sweet dried fruits like dateand some forest fruits. Flavor is light acidic and then massively sweet to finish in light bitter. Body is full with syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Too sweet, too bad.

Bottle, dark red-brown with a thin head, sweet, faintly winey and musty nose, palate is too-sweet, malty and winey, with demerara, a little toast, spice, and old plum jam.
