3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
On tap at a pub in Gurnard. Simple one with low carbo, some nuts, bit of lemons and malt. Drinkable but dull and watery. Hard to imagine I would have liked a second one.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
On tap at a corner pub on the Isle of Wight (small village beside Cowes). Pours out in a clear deep golden colour with smooth steady head and medium body. Aroma of hops and straw. Taste of mild hops, straw, grass, grains, bread and light caramel. Citrus finish. Drinkable but nothing special.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very smooth palate. Highly drinkable. Some more crispyness could add a bit more character and make it even more balanced. Excellent as it is, though.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at Quench in Silver Spring, MD.
Clear, darkish amber with a beautiful creamy off-white head that virtually filled the entire class, yet settled to pretty much fill the class with amber liquid, and excellent lacing.
Aroma of grain and some mild hops.
Taste of grain, mild floral hops and pale malt.
Medium/light body and low carbonization.
Nothing fancy, complex or at all exciting here. It is a bit like a cross of a mild English pale ale and a bitter.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
This beer is a rich gold color with a creamy head and a mild nose. The beer is extremely smooth with a nice malty flavor and a slight hop dryness. This is a pub classic and you can drink a lot of it due to the low ABV.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy medium light brown amber. Super creamy off-white head eventually settling to a dense thick large topping. Light malty, caramel, grain, toast. Fair dryness. A bit thin. Clean and easy to drink
