Very creamy all over the pallet. Good kick back. The nose lacks as well as a solid finish. Is like a white guiness minus everything that makes it a guiness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Golden color . Thick , creamy, white head . Aroma of malt , bread and fruits . Malty taste with moderate sweetness and gentle bitterness of English hops . Low carbonation , creamy mouthfeel. Decent bitter.

Boddington’s was my favorite special beers before the re-emergence of the craft beer scene. These were back in the days where Miller Lite was my regular beer. Sometimes nostalgia is better left in the past. This gushed out of the can when opening, leaving a decent amount on the table before I got the glass to it. Very dense, one inch, pure white head that never disappears. Aroma is of Lucky Charms - minus the marshmallows. Just cereal. Taste is a bit floral, thin malt. Creamy, but metallic? (unsure of that mouth feel I am getting at the end. For some reason I get banana feeling too, but not on every drink. With the price point here, there are other beers to get in its lace.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

Taste: rich super creamy, semi sweet with some honey grassy notes. Bready sweet nose. amber/gold, mostly clear, with large cascading head. Medium body.

Nitro can. Golden light coppery clear. Creamy pale malty, dry corn. Light bodied, soft, creamy (nitro though), pale malty, some old herbs. A creamy nitro pale drink. Pale malty, probably really boring without the nitro. Like the kind of fresh creamy feeling.

Good beer. Found it to be better on draft as from the can has a metallic taste. Watery mouthfeel. Good balance. Like to have it occasionally.

Draft at Galway Hooker with Andrew and Balazs. Pours an amber body with thick creamy off white head. Nose is sweet bready malt. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, creamy with notes of bready malt, spice, cereal and English hop profile.

Taste is sweet, the body is weak, less character. The bubble is too much. little floral. Anyway this is a average bottle.

(500ml can, Beijing) Aroma: Simple nose of bread/yeast, hay, a bit of floral. Appearance: Nice, creamy head that clings and lingers. Color is golden amber, not much visible carbonation. Taste: doughy, cream, grain/whiskey, not much hop flavor, but some herbalness. Palate: a bit watery, with some oiliness, medium body, some bitterness. Overall: not as heavy as many typical ales, and also not too much special (except for the very nice head and the creaminess on the palate). Nothing really bad about this, but kinda boring. Would be enjoyable on a hot day at a barbecue.

Can from Lidl, golden with medium head. Nutty, medium bitterness. Some watery. Some fizzy.
