I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: you don’t drunk Boddingtons for the taste, but for the feeling. It’s silky smooth going down, perfect for a warm day when you don’t feel like drinking lager.

Gross beer. Creamy, but with an overpowering taste of sour hops and sour grains. Not even palatable. I’d rather drink Bud Light Lime.

On tap at the The Pub in downtown Louisville Fourth Street Live (great place). Pours golden with white head that stays around, nice lacing, and a little low carbonation. Not big on aroma, fairly well balanced, taste is creamy malt, light ester, and hint of nut. More like a combination of bitter and pale ale than a true bitter, a bit watery.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20 rougeau13 (1067) - Texas, USA - JUL 28, 2010
UPDATED: OCT 24, 2010 Nothing to brag about at all. Just plain boring yellow beer with a puffy head.

Levure typiquement anglaise. En résumé, bière facile à boire.
