The taste is mildly bitter with an easy palatability. The aroma is somewhat metallic out of the can, out of the tap it has a mild hint of honey. Jonte (815), Gothenburg, Sweden

Pours a dark golden with a thick creamy head. Aroma was more of a beginning than a wow it’s here. Nice and smooth flow with a hint of honey screaming for flavor, which just didn’t seem to be Gethinbeer (1001), Nova Scotia, Canada

Smooth texture, honey with a very faint hint of bitter hops. Little sickly. Never been my favourite British beer of this style. And its never been the same since brewed by interbrew. Cream of Manchester yet brewed in Wales!. Says it all. Many beers are slowly being destroyed by huge companies like this and must be stopped. mikebeertaster (94), vancouver, Washington, USA

My only complaint is that it’s a little pricey and it has a very bitter smell for me. Besides that, it’s fine. MrStitch (138), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Taste is thin, malty, but it does have a clean slightly bitter finish. It goes down easy and you can put a lot of them away at a time. A good beer for a night out at the club. guyinchicago (526), marengo, Illinois, USA
