I remember enjoying this beer more in the past than I did this time. It pours about as beautifully as any beer can. Has a smooth creamy mouthfeel but is too flat. Not whole lot in the way of flavor.

Does that wonderful bubbling thing that Guiness does. Aroma is like pure clean malt. Color is foamy golden, then settles down to clear. Flavor is like a strong american lager, but good, but not so good, capiche? The small thick foam head does not lace the glass as you draw down.

[WBA Styles Tasting] Clear copper color. Estery aroma, very fruity. Sweet honey and very little hop aroma. Nutty, slightly sweet flavors. Papery, slightly oxidized flavors. Light body and low carbonation.

Can. Pours golden with thick dense head. Aroma is bread with very mild grassiness and slight herbal hop flavors. Flavor is light graininess, cereal, very mild apple and pear, a bit of tartness. Lingering bitterness in the finish. Full, soft palate, very mild carbonation, but a bit too cohesive, slightly synthetic.

Pours a dark yellow/blonde color...not much on the nose...a little sweetness, perhaps a tiny bit of malt. Very creamy mouthfeel, a little dose of hops on the finish. For being creamy it is a little wattery, the flavor is a of honey, again very slight malt. Another good session beer...
