On tap. Thick creamy head on golden color. Head sticks to glass. Faint aroma. Clean finish with some caramel. Creamy texture. Much better on tap than out of the can.

Great thick, creamy ale. It has got a smooth taste, no aftertaste. You gotta love the big creamy head on this one and watching it in the glass after pouring it. One of my favorites to sit outside on a hot day and read a book while drinking. Goes well with anything off of the grill.

Hardly any aroma with a very watery feel. Taste is hoppy bitter. Pretty bland all in all. There are many other more worthy beers. Skip this one.

Very VERY light aroma of hops and malt. By looks alone this is a great beer, golden color with a creamy white head. Unfortunately the taste doesn’t live up to the look. Smooth sweet grain flavor with a mild hop aftertaste. Due to the low carbonation it’s a very smooth beer but it just doesn’t have the complexity. Overall it’s good for drinking after work but not a great beer.

Pour was a caramel gold with a 1 finger off white head. Aroma of malt and syrup with some hops in there also. Taste was caramel and malt in the front with a light thick texture and hops bitterness in the aftertaste. I’ve had this a million times and after rating understand how average it is.

Pours gold, nice creamy head. Not too strong, fairly bitter. Not bad for the style.

Can. Pours out with a big white head and gold cold. The co2 canister in the can gives it the nice cascading effect. Not much of an aroma. Smooth and creamy taste with a little bit of hops. A bit too creamy for my taste, but one of the better ones in this style.

4 oz sample at Firewaters, AC. Clear light amber with a creamy white head. Aroma was basically nothing. Maybe a touch of grain but otherwise seemed like the nitro and pasteurization did at least the aroma in. Taste was creamy, sweet light colored malts. Lingering grainy character in the finish. Too sweet for my tastes with not enough hops to balance this one out. A big step up from domestic lagers but still not too enjoyable for me.
