Oct 11, 2004 This stuff exploded out of the can at the restaurant... probably why the waitress "let" me open it. Huge head, however they make it. Very subtle aroma which, with my schnozz, means I smelled nothing. Creamy mouthfeel. Tastes much like an English pale or bitter. Okay.

Mar 27, 2003 Golden color with a touch of brown. Tight small bubbled cream colored head. Light biscuit aroma. Waterly fell. Mild flavors that don't really come together. Light nutty flavor. A whole lot of nothing.

Feb 15, 2006 On tap at Proeflokaal. You can easily drink 8 pints in one evening, not being full or drunk. But that and the fact that it had beautiful lace and that it’s wonderfully smooth are the only positive thing about it. Not much going on the aroma or the flavor.

Dec 21, 2002 Updated: Jul 21, 2003The pour from this beer into a nice pint glass is breathtaking due to the nitrous release in the can when you open it. Everone at the bar was watching as the head made it's performance. The head formed a think, think, layer of head. The smell was not all that impressive, but I was in a smokey bar, so I couldn't make it out that well. The taste was unique. Slightly sweet with a rich flavor aftertaste. Overall it was an interesting brew that added a little variety to my stouty night.

May 7, 2004 Draft - Poured a cascading golden hue with creamy white head. Best part of the whole process. Aroma was light with citrus tones. Light on flavor and short on finish.

Feb 18, 2008 Draught. Pours a clear dark golden color with a longlasting creamy head. Fruity and sligtly floral hoppy aroma. Smooth fruity malty flavor with some hints of honey and hops. Fruity malty honey finish.

Apr 6, 2004 Draft: Light yellow colored, with a great head (to be expected from a nitrogenated beer). Dry, hoppy tastes, with a super smooth finish. Not real complex, but extremely smooth and crisp at the finish.

Apr 15, 2005 Tap at Paradise Grill, Holland Ave, Ottawa. Darker gold ale with a nitro head. Taking of whiff of this, I smelled skunk (in a keg) and sweet malt with grassy hops. Dryish malts wth a hint of nuts, light herbal hops and light bodied, thinish and boring. A typical Inbev/Oland crap on tap. Went well with the mediocre Indian buffet there.
