Started off with a bang and ended with a wimper. I had this on tap and the pour was beatiful. A good light amber color with a thick, creamy head. Aroma was the first hint a trouble. There wasn't much there other than the creamy smell of the head. There's nothing much here in the way of flavor either. It kinda tastes like creamy water. It's not an offensive taste, but it wasn't very enjoyable either. It certaintly wasn't bitter, as the style would indicate.

Aug 18, 2008 thick creamy head golden color once it calms down. not much nose maybe a bit of malt, kinda a sweety grainy flavor, little hops finish nice smooth creamy mouthfeel.

Aug 18, 2008 Pours a golden brown colour with a large frothy head. Aroma of malts, hops, and citrussy fruits. Taste is slightly bitter, crisp and clean. I will definately drink this again and it definately goes good with fish and chips.

Aug 16, 2008 A golden amber color with the cascading nitro head, stabilizes to a 1-finger, good lacing that lets you know where you started drinking. Aromas of sweet malts and some hops, faint banana, flavor is slightly sweet malts and asparin like subtle bitterness finish from the cleansing hops, body is velvety soft. I wouldn’t refuse this at a party, this is a fish and chips kind of food beer.
