Cor cobre alaranjado. Espuma de Bia formação e persistente. Aroma de malte no inicio, vindo logo em seguida um aroma floral e cítrico do lúpulo. O sabor acompanha o aroma, com leve dulçor no inicio seguido do amargor herbáceo e cítrico. Médio amargor com media persistência na boca. Bem refrescante. Gostei bastante.

Verre de dégustation provenant d’une bouteille de 500 ml dégusté au Mondial de la Bière 2010 (Montréal, QC). Arôme: Légère odeur de banane et de miel. Apparence: La couleur est blonde. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de banane avec une pointe de citron et de miel. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. A lightly hazed blonde wheat ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet sweaty honey with light berry notes, cloves, not bad. In mouth, a sweet honey weisse with cloves, bananas, rather cloying, where are the hops? A bit weird. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 12 2011.

rocky large white head. excellent lacing. mostly diminishing. sparkling thin dark yellow body. aroma: flowers, lime, pear. if and ff: light sweet bitter; average duration. palate: light medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation metallic finish. leve amargor de lúpulo aparece bem no final do gole, apesar do nome Weiss, não me lembrou em nada uma cerveja de trigo, principalmente pela aparência filtrada (tampouco lembrou uma kristallweizen), bem refrescante, frutada, buque de flores no aroma e paladar, sempre permeada por toques de lúpulo fresco, R$ 17,90
