COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"My Brazilian brothers and sisters of craft beer, you are the future of the Brazilian beer industry! Working together, you will make Brazil into a great brewing nation. You...every one of you...are in charge of the brewing revolution in Brazil. You have much to be proud of, and I’m proud of you. No longer do you have to put up with the lowest commom denominator; no longer do you have to put up with the mediocre, and no longer will we have to put up with the fizzy yellow beer. Now we have great craft beer right here!" Greg Koch, Stone Brewing Co.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2015 Aromas are lightly floral, hard pine, and a fat dose of lemon peel. Hazy orange, mostly lasting white head. Very dry, very bitter, flavors are all hops but hard to uncover, mostly a direct reflexion of the aroma profile and including stale rye bread as it finishes. Medium bodied, hop bitterness lasts for days.

(Bodebrown/Stone Cacau IPA) Bottle 300 ml at home, many thanks to FlavioSP for this one. Served into a tulip, ABV 6.1% Deep golden orange colour on the body, tall and thick head on top, slightly off-white, with very good retention, leaving medium lacing on the glass. Aroma of cocoa, yes, it’s there, with orange too. This one smells like a fruity chocolate cake, nice. I like it, if only was more intense. Taste follows, the same chocolate cake with orange notes, some citrus on the finish and candies. Moderate sweet but with a good bitterness on the finish and the aftertaste. Medium thin body with notable carbonation. Good IPA, a bit strange at first but the result works well.

Post Borefts Tasting, Tulip Hotel Room 118. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and a little dry. Floral malts, very light chocolate. Modest citric hops. Light semi dry finish. Well it’s chocolate and it’s an IPA! Good fun.
