Light-sweet strawy malty and slightly sour doughy aroma with a tinge of grains and shy hoppy notes far in the background. Light-bitter flavour with a moderate malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, almost crispy on the tongue. Strawy malt-character, pretty one-dimensional, slightly grainy taste with shy herbal hoppy notes; almost dry sweet-bitter finish. A simple but drinkables Helles. 19.I.10
