Standard Belgian blond beer, I mostly wanted to drink it because of the cool name. (can be translated as: ’caboodle from the abyss’)

Bit of a gusher. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, tobacco, light candy and honey, feels quite old. Rather sweet flavour, yeast, malts, light citrus, sour touch. Bit sickly (weeïg) finish, tobacco, malts, light dust.
(33cL bottle @ home. BB 12/2014)

Non male la nostra, a me alla spina mi è piaciuta. Certo non è niente di indimenticabile ma il suo lo fa e bene...

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, near Gent, Belgium, consumed at home Sunday 12th August 2012 Pours hazy gold with white head, busy carbonation, spicy, yeasty but a little too average. Just poured the second half into my glass, it looks like an Irish coffee served in one of them glasses that they come in. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov11 2.9

bottle in a field at cropredy ... hazy golden amber ... gushed ... foamy white head ... soft peach orange nose ... soft sweet fruits ... orange and lime ... quite salty and dry finish

33cl from Dranken Geers, no BB date, light gusher. Peu faire mieux.

vickey9 (412) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JAN 12, 2012
Hazy amber, medium-thick white head. Citruses, herbs, medical clinic and metal aroma. Dry bitter and sour taste. Fizzy. Too much carbon, medium body. Slick. Spices, herbs and mandarins on palate. Hints of medicaments. An extreme Belgian ale. B@H

6/I/2012 33cl bottle @ home - BB: no markings on the side to indicate the BB date (2012-16)

Note:<b/> effin’ gusher, leaving more than half of the bottle over my table and notebook.

Cloudy pale beige beer, big head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: very sour, dirty malts, bretta touch, lemon, cleaning product. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Tast: damn this, I’m not even gonna start, this is just disgusting stuff. Drain pour.

diabel (1590) - Aarschot, BELGIUM - NOV 24, 2011
Clear blond body, bit hazy. Creamy, off-white head. Nose of hops, citrus (orange, lemon, bit caramalts). Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Sticky bitterness. Ok, not great.

Benzai (6409) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 16, 2011
On tap at Emelisse Bierfestival 2010. Decent brew but could use a little more. It has a bit weak taste and smell.
