bottle, pours hazy light orange with a thin white head. Heavy hop aroma with a hint of citrus skins. Light malt, some dough, and a sweet lemon flavor halts with a heavy dose of hop bitterness. Nice and dry in the finish, crisp mouthfeel. This is a nice light and hoppy beer.

Note:<b/> effin’ gusher, leaving more than half of the bottle over my table and notebook.
Cloudy pale beige beer, big head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: very sour, dirty malts, bretta touch, lemon, cleaning product. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Tast: damn this, I’m not even gonna start, this is just disgusting stuff. Drain pour.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Benzai (2704) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - AUG 16, 2011
On tap at Emelisse Bierfestival 2010. Decent brew but could use a little more. It has a bit weak taste and smell.
1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 suprchunk (1059) - Heinsberg, GERMANY - JUN 26, 2011
Got half this bottle into my glass. The other half decided it wanted to be on my counter and floor. This is the second bottle of this I have had. This is now the second time half of it spewed out and over my entire kitchen. Not a good sign as it is not overcarbonated - no bubbles have risen in this thing since pouring it. Cloudy straw color. Big white, infected head. Smells like corn. Tastes like carbonic creamed corn. Bitter and a very dry earthy aftertaste. Too bad to continue.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Koelschtrinker (7038) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2011
Sehr starke Karbonisierung, ansonsten herb und trocken. Essigsauer, so dass sich alles im Mund zusammenzieht. Wenig hopfig, klar austauschbar. 8/9/8/8/?/9

Clear light yellow. Medium sized head, sticks very good at the glass. Aroma is yeast, spices, citrus. Something pleasant inside. Taste is good also, nice balance between bitter sour and sweet. Fruity, but also the yeast and spices comes trough nicely. Better then the name made me expect for sure.

Draft @ Emelisse oktoberfest. Slight murky yellowish gold, large head. Aroma is hops, spices, weird sidenote.
Flavour is dry, light hop bitterness with spices, fruit and good malt backbone. Nice and simple.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Borresteijn (2756) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 3, 2010
On tap at Emelisse Oktoberfest. Light hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is light spicy, yeast, flowery, pale malts, some straw. Flavour is bitter, cologne, flowery, light sweet and light fruity, dry hoppy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. A bit too bitter imo.
