Golden transparent beer with clouds of yeast and a frothy head. Apples and pears on the nose with a white pepper citric lemon overtone and barley fullness. Dominated by an acid sweetness.
Watery warm bitter sourness. Delicious triple-like balance - dry and refreshing finish. Lemony mandarin breadiness with not too much further definition.

Golden coloured and unclear. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma has notes of honey, faint sweet and dry, light bread, hoppy notes too. The hoppy notes gets heavy in the flavor, real nice, spicy, herbal, faint metallic the good way, creamy, dry texture and soft carbonation.

Fruchtiger und deutlich kräuterartiger Antrunk, zudem süßlich-hefig, dies verabschiedet sich aber früh. Besonders im Mittelteil kommen die Kräuter zu Vorschein, diese wirken zwar süß, jedoch nicht wie im Antrunk, sondern eher etwas honigartig. Verbunden mit einem Alkoholton, der unterstützend wirkt, tritt dieses Aroma wunderbar in den Vordergrund und blüht auch im Nachgeschmack, in dem der Alkoholton stärker wird, weiter auf. Sehr würziger, kräuterartiger und etwas saurer Nachgeschmack.

Cloudy golden yellow with white head. Luscious, quite strong aroma with notes of honey, Belgian yeast and orange peel. Lovely rustic flavor, spicy honey-good touch. Long, dry finish.

33cl bottle. Turbid amber with a lot of sediment and a moderate white head. Hoppy nose (grassy, tea notes), light fruity notes (cherry), a touch of honey. Sweetish-spicy taste with a strong bitter aftertaste. Mellow, light carbonated palate.
