3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Abio (1130) - Waasland, BELGIUM - AUG 16, 2010
Pours out golden yellow coloured. A medium sized white head that holds only at the last part it seems. Not a finger thick at the end. A bit sour-sweet smell with yeast and some spices inside. Also citrus/oranges. Decent taste, good bodied. A bit sourness of the fruits, some hops and a nice sweetness comes up. Pretty good beer.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 17/20 jodah52 (206) - Michigan, USA - JUL 22, 2010
Pours rich, cloudy yellow with a small creamy head. Aromas of honey, bit of caramel, rich pale malt, and spice. Nice, musky belgian flavor in the finish. Taste is quite sweet, but not cloying; flavors dance across the tongue and are intensified as time passes. Rich mouthfeel with slight prickle of carbonation lightening things up a bit. Very nice Belgian strong ale, if you’re more in the mood for levity and nuance than dash and boldness.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 marcot (771) - Campomorone, ITALY - JUN 6, 2010
Birra al miele niente male, ma secondo me inferiore alla biere des ours, la migliore del genere.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 drpimento (1746) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 22, 2010
Not bad beer. Poured with a fine foamy off white head and good fine lace. Color is clear lemonade yellow. Aroma is spicey, yeasty, grainy, and honey. Flavor is about the same with honey pronounced at the end. Good body and strong fine carbonation. Finish is like flavor with alcohol coming out after the honey. A session beer for slow drinking in the right mood.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 11/20 Adenila (1468) - DENMARK - FEB 1, 2010
Sleightly hazy yellow with a huge amount of sediment floating around, even though it was the first poor from the bottle. Large foamy white head that kept rising out of the bottle. Mild aromatic honney and soap aroma. Sweet sugery flavor, quite tasty with a large amounf of alchohol. Tickling carbonation almost hurt. Dont think this is how the beer is intented...
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 Travlr (5379) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - JAN 29, 2010
Cloudy, chunky golden color with a masive and fluffy white head that settles very slowly and leaves good lacing. Aroma of fresh bread dough and orange peel. Flavor has spice up from, probably cinnamon and nutmeg. Full body, lots of malt. But also a bit of a metallic finish. Decent enough, but strange ending.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 after4ever (4500) - Brier, Washington, USA - DEC 31, 2009
750, capped. A true super gusher on opening--some beers fizz and pop a little, but this one gets the snap and crackle on to go with it for sure. This is a two-dishtowel bottle, minimum. Pours a hazy, toffeeish medium amber with butterscotch tawn at the edges, and tons--I mean metric tons--of protein floaties knocking around in the glass. In so many ways, this beer is like a special visual effect that could be useful in hollywood. Unfortunately, for drinking, it’s just OK. Honey and CO2 on the nose. Very mild. Maybe a bit of dried herb happening there. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Lots of honey, mild dried herbs, some grass, and a little caramel on the mid-palate. Mild honeyish finish. I wish this beer weren’t broken. It seems pretty inviting.
