Pours rich, cloudy yellow with a small creamy head. Aromas of honey, bit of caramel, rich pale malt, and spice. Nice, musky belgian flavor in the finish. Taste is quite sweet, but not cloying; flavors dance across the tongue and are intensified as time passes. Rich mouthfeel with slight prickle of carbonation lightening things up a bit. Very nice Belgian strong ale, if you’re more in the mood for levity and nuance than dash and boldness.

Little cloudy yellow to light orange beer, small off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, sweet, banana, bit yeasty and some sugar. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: mainly banana, some citrus, bitter hops, bit floral. Aftertaste: bread, yeast, bitter hops, little floral, some citrus peel.

33cl bottle @ home. Slight gusher. Hazy golden color, medium sized white head. Smell malts, yeast, lightly sugar and something weird I can’t describe. Taste malts, some sour hints or maybe the beers is infected and some sour-bitterness. Medium body, a bit fizzy carbo.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with with a thick off-white head. Aroma is estery with some malt and yeast. Flavor is sweet and somewhat sour with some pear and yeast. Medium body, average carbonation.

Pours cloudy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, sugar, dried fruits, citrus, orange and floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long kind of spicy, citrus, fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A slow gusher, producing a diminishing, off-white head over an unclear golden-orange body. Yeasty, fruity nose with something reminiscent of honey, as well as a good dash of white sugar and fruityness. Quite bitter flavor, that in a strange way don’t suit the beer. Pale malts, fruityness and some yeasty hints in the flavor. A strange one, certainly not my beer. 120330

Golden transparent beer with clouds of yeast and a frothy head. Apples and pears on the nose with a white pepper citric lemon overtone and barley fullness. Dominated by an acid sweetness. Watery warm bitter sourness. Delicious triple-like balance - dry and refreshing finish. Lemony mandarin breadiness with not too much further definition.

Golden coloured and unclear. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma has notes of honey, faint sweet and dry, light bread, hoppy notes too. The hoppy notes gets heavy in the flavor, real nice, spicy, herbal, faint metallic the good way, creamy, dry texture and soft carbonation.
