At the brewery. Glowing gold, fluffy head. Fruity, Belgian grown Cascade hops giving white pepper and flowers. Biter, yet some sweet grain shining through.

330 ml bottle into chalice, best before 2/12/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy deep gold color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big lemon zest, peach, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, herbal, floral, light clove, candi sugar, bread, and floral/yeast earthiness. Awesome complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon zest, peach, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, herbal, floral, light clove, candi sugar, bread, and floral/yeast earthiness. Moderate earthy yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, peach, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, herbal, floral, light clove, candi sugar, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; with a crisp malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly prickly mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is an awesome tripel style. All around great complexity and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

Hazy golden coloured beer with a white head. Aroma is hoppy and yeasty. Flavour is slightly sweet, yeasty, medium hoppy and a bit acidic from the carbonation. (Bottle 33cl)

330 ml bottle at home, as Tripel Klok. Poured into a tulip, ABV 8.5% Golden orange colour on the body, huge white head, thick, with very good retention. The body is quite hazy.. Medium lacing left on the glass. Funky aroma, with some yeast, pefrume, moderate fruity, white grapes. Taste is grainy, very malty but not sweet, on the contrary there is some acidity in there, a nice funk character too, some yeast, nuts, grape like notes, hints of alcohol. Very good. Medium thin body, good carbonation, quite dry palate. Very good, that funky character and the acidity making it extra refreshing, pleasantly surprised.

Shared a 33cl bottle from Delhaize (Luxembourg). Pours a light copper golden colour with floating bits and a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, spicy and malty. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is medium bitter and medium sweet with a long dry and bitter finish. Overall, a nice beer for a tripel (I don’t like much tripels) with hoppy notes, but a bit normal.

Bottled, BB 30 Apr 15, large sample. Hazy golden color, short frothy head, which quickly diminishes. Aroma of diacetyl, mashed apples, slight sourish yoghurt, strawberry, slight spicy. Bit dry taste, bit bitter. Obvious brewing mistakes. Horrible stuff.
