Bottle at home. Hazy golden pour, huge white head. Aroma is of floral hops, spicy, fruity and with a hint of barnyard. Flavor is quite bitter, heavily hopped for a tripel, spicy and floral with sweet fruits. Thick body and lively carbonation. Nice brew.

Sep 2010: Poured into a Hoegaarden ’Grand Cru’ badged stemmed tulip. Some sediment got out of the bottle which turned the beer into a cloudy orange coloured liquid, on top a pure white head. Yeasty aroma, with alcohol trying to get out too. Grapefruit and oranges also in the mix. The taste was also yeasty, laden with alcohol and citrus flavours, some sour, some semi-sour and others attempting to be sweeter. Interesting beer, I liked it, something different from the many Belgian brewed beers I have reviewed. Not great, but certainly one for more BA’s to have a look at than the two who have come across it so far.
