Good, reasonably stable & dense head over beer, the colour of toast. End of bottle solid yeast. (Raw) vegetable nose, touch of caramel, touch of peanuts, fatty acids. Again fatty acids, but not really disturbing; the balance being rather OK. Toasted finish, slight sweetish touch. Medium bodied, bit of slickness. Aftertaste has again raw vegetable streak. If the veggie/peanuts streak would have been more pronounced, I would have loathed it, but in this way, it makes it rather original, thanks to a quite keen balance.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate yeasty, vitamin tablets. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Yeasty and phenollic aroma. Medium body, an initial fruitiness but the phenols dominate the flavour profile in a negative sense. The finish contains both hops and quite some alcohol. 010412

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy dark yellow with floaties with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, spices, hops, medium sweet, little bitter with notes of alcohol.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, yeast, fruits, alcohol and hops. Quite sweet.

Bottle, courtesy of Joes. Lightly hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smells weird, some sweetness, yeast, cheese. Just not good. Taste cheese as well. Don’t like it. Carbo medium, body medium.

Dorée, col blanc épais.
Arôme malté et sucré, note d’épice et fruité avec une levure poussiéreuse.
En bouche, houblon amer dans la lignée belge, alcool réchauffant, petite note fruitée d’abricot et pêche, le tout finissant sur un houblon fruité et agrumes. Le tout est sec au palais.
