3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: APR 8, 2005 Bottle. Very highly carbonated, big head. Aroma fruity and sour. Very acidic flavour, a hint of strawberry. Tastes a bit like vinegar, but I like it. Possibly infected? Different bottle: Malty, perfumy/soapy aroma. Brown colour, small creamy head. Flavour also malty with a hint of perfume. Sweet aftertaste.

Bottled. Swan & Rushes Leicester. A mid brown beer with hints of a medicinal taste and also a bit of nail varnish. The aroma is dry and actually smells cold. There is no head to this beer at all, and although it tastes thin, it is mildly amusing and it does grow on you through the glass.

I really enjoyed this beer, very nice on the throat, very smooth, dark in color. Looks like a cheap beer by the label, ha ha, really enjoyed it. Bottom line, i would buy a case for home.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy deep orange body, disappearing head. Very fruity and somewhat yeasty aroma. Fresh and quite sweet with a bit of bitterness. Dry and harsh flavor. Hop, malt and some fruit. Yeasty notes. Ultra dry finish and too harsh.

Was expecting a blonde beer from the label. Easy drinking ale, with a very malty base, and a nice golden body. Funny as hell label as well.!! Nice easy drinking beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Dark amber golden color. The aroma is spicy and fruity. Maybe it was the smoke in the air, but I sensed a hint of smoke in an else complex taste. Else this beer is round and with a nice finish.

Hazy dark amber color. An Ale with a yeasty aroma, and the flavor is a bit vegetables and apples. Simple.
Explosive bottle; cloudy amber color. Nice malty and fruity aroma, but the age has worn out too much the malt, and the mouthfeel is thin; still can perceive the good hopping. Promising…

Very fruity and spicy aroma with a hint of figs. Some lactic and yeasty aroma. Very mild start. Flowery middle and a bit dry, hoppy and bitter finish. Kind of sweet aftertaste of caramel, toffee and butterscotch.

Tap, ZBF 2004. Thick muddy brown, poor head and moderate condition. Good mix of banana, chocolate and roast barley in the nose with a slight butterscotch note as it warms. Tangy in the mouth with banana esters and winter spices noticable. Dry and spicy finish. Almost a tarwebok.
