Brewed in memory of a wolf that is supposed to roam in the north of Flanders, killing sheep. "Not for little lambs".

Bottle. Average rocky off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Hazy amber color. Aroma of yeast, fruit, malt, orange peel, mild spice. Over the palate came strange spice and herbal notes combined with nice sweet caramel and fruit. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and mild alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavor with mild bitterness and a hint of acidic notes as well. Light alcoholic sweet spicy finish.

Bottle, 33cl. Pours hazy golden blond with a thick white head. Lots of yeast in the bottle, looks like snow in my glass when poured. Nose is flowers, candy, sugar, malty sweetness, apricots & very tempting already! Head fades slowly leaving a rocky white foam. Tongue feel is bitter & hoppy with mild carbonation. Dry aftertaste & aroma’s of spices fill my mouth. Abrupt & bitter finish. Overall a very good looking and smelling beer for only 6,5% alcohol.

330 ml bottle, thanks to oh6gdx and chris_o. ABV is 6.5%. The beer starts pouring out as soon as the cap is removed. Cloudy golden brown colour, huge to moderate head. Yeasty aroma with notes of oranges, apricots and coriander. Rich mouthfeel, high level of carbonation. The flavour is sweet, spicy, yeasty and fruity, with lots of residual sugars. Hints of honey too. Moderate hops in the slightly peppery finish. Maybe a tad too sweet, but still an interesting beer.

Bottle. [thank you, faroeviking]
Pours muddy dark golden. A fine, fizzy, yellowish head that disappears rather quickly. Aroma is lovely, sweet, overripe apples, caramel, vanilla, hops, sharpish yeast. Highish carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, very wheaty and has a definite fruity hoppiness. There are notes of honey, vanilla and coriander as well. Nice dry finish.

33 cl bottle at Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Very hazy amber/brown color, nice but disappering white head. Aroma is hops and fruit, also some hints of citrus and wheat. Flavor is a interesting mix of a hoppy style beer and a wit beer. It´s good, but a bit thin.
