3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
At Villagio Della Birra 2015.
Hazy yellow color, white head. Malty, sweet, a tad wit yeast scent. Belgian wit like, sweet taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Light yellow color, hoppy and citrus nose, trendy fresh taste of grapefruit. Not bad at all. Refreshing

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle sampled at Amager Bryghus, thanks to Papsø. Heavy gusher with a discreet floral nose. The flavour is meek with some dry flowers, grass, grain and bread. Light/medium body, way too high carbonation, light/medium sweet and bitter with light alcohol presence. Not all bad but the carbonation is unpleasant and ruins a lot. I think this could be fairly drinkable if it was possible to drink it. But that’s just what I think.

Elle mousse fort! Forte amertume et alcool bien présent. L’amertume reste bien en arrière goût.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, green banana. Sweet malty flavour, light bitter. Very fizzy. Yeasty finish. Nicely drinkable, but lots of carbo.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Blonde session beer named after the region in northeast Flanders where the Boelens brewery is located. Estery, pale malts, some cooked cabbage (DMS) too, bit bland and frankly, boring.

3.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Baker’s yeast aroma. Unfiltered yellow colour. Abundant foam. Well balanced. I’m not a big fan of blond beer though I wouldn’t mind drinking this one.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Extreme gusher alert! This beer was stored in a cellar for several days, but still opened with a big bang. Lost over 90% of the beer and it was all over the room. Can’t say much about it, it’s pale golden, big but fast-fading head and an aroma of sweet malts, caramel and licorice. Didn;t taste much, it’s medium sweet, with a sweet finish and off-course a very high carbonation. Totally dislike this beer.
