Dobry mocny i lekko uderzajacy belgian strong ale. Buteleczka ciekawa, lakierowana, piekna i trwala puszysta piana, zloto pomaranczowy kolor. Finisz slodowy i troche alkoholowy, ale nie przeszkadza to w degustacji.

Tasted at restaurant De Garde at Bossuit. Thick, blond beer. Great taste, little bitterness afterwards.

Appearance: blonde beer, nice white head.
Nose: some sugar, hops.
Taste: a little sourness, some alcohol.
I like this beer, but it lacks prominent tastes in my opinion, but nice brew

Small head a little rocky. Gold transparent color. Aroma of yeast, bread and malt, a little sour. Soft carbonation. Tastes sweet and malt with and a little bitter of the hop at the end.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a white head with medium bubbles and medium lasting. Aroma is yeasty, light alcoholic, cookies and slightly citrus. Flavor has notes of cookies, butter, sweet, yeast and alcoholic. Smooth and creamy on palate with a moderate sweetness.

Sieht aus wie Schwarztee mit Zitrone. Im Aroma deutlich würzmalzig und herb. Wird hefig-malzig im Geschmack und dann sehr nachbitternd im Geschmack. Insgesamt ein gehaltvolles belgisches Bier!

A little bit sour, the aroma of malt and alcohol. The small white fizzy head disappears fast, the body is orange. A malty taste, at first lightly sweet, the finish is rather bitter. The body is medium strong, creamy-oily with a lively carbonation.

Flip-top bottle, ordered at café kastanjehof in Aalst (after they ran out of orval like a lot of cafés these days).
Not a very complex aroma.
Expected much more alcohol.
Yeast, bread, cereal, fruits, all subtle.
Medium sweet/bitter tastes.Very easy to drink for a beer with this amount of alcohol. Nice beer to drink.
