The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Nice turbid, creamy had. Starts mild, modest sourish, wheaty-flowery. Well balanced, soft finish. Good beer!

Hopfig-muffiger Antrunk, noch ausreichend spritzig. Etwas herb werdend, zudem andeutungsweise fruchtig. Getreidig, etwas wässrig, das Aromennspektrum nimmt ab hier deutlich ab, im Abgang etwas herb, erfrischend, etwas malziger Unterton. Angenehemes Frühlingsbier. Danke an emjay28 für das Bier. UPDATED: JUN 25, 2009 A nice cloudy pour, Starts abit metallics, then some citrus flavor, earthy, decent drinker, that I haven’t found in years, finally back home at the right time!

Light yellow colored, cloudy appearance. Lemon dominates with yeast in aroma, some cardboardy tones also there. Thin to medium bodied, crispy carbonated palate. Flavor is also pretty mild: lemon and some yeasy esters, round aftertaste with some cardbboard and again lemon. Boring beer.

Hazy yellow color, small white creamy head. Grainy, dry wheaty aroma. Grainy, organic-hoppy-like flavor. Quite pleasant and balanced, cellary notes. Almost saison-type wheat beer with German kellerbier influences.

marcusm (55) - Remich, LUXEMBOURG - MAR 30, 2004
a heavily sedimented Belgian/German style wheat beer, that this year incorporates the Temperature sensative label that Bofferding have used on the Hausbeier bottle - the logo appears when the beer is cold enough. This beer pours easily and should be drunk with the sediment, as it is bland without. The beer is refreshing, a light yeasty aroma, a medium head that lasts down to the bottom of the glass, colour is a murky gold and a taste that starts of with a slightly muddy flavour going on to a very slight citrus tang, finishing in a smooth subsidance of those flavours. Not a bad beer for the thirsty, but not to be drunk more than 3 months old, when it gives a serious hangover. Definitely a spring beer only. Supplied in 50cl bottles only.

Refreshing but average beer. Light horseblanket aroma. Golde, hazy, white rocky head, few lace. Sweet, light citrus, moderate full. Long sweet, light hops finish. Kind of dull but drinkable.
