UPDATED: FEB 28, 2013 Although it doesn’t look like a very lively beer (almost no head) when in the mouth it explodes with carbonation. A regular beer, but one that stands from the crowd in the Grand-Duché.

#401 Güldenes Bier mit einer Schaumkrone, die leider schnell zerfällt. Das Hopfenaroma ist leider etwas käsig. Allerdings ist der Antrunk dann erfrischend und prickelnd. Geschmacklich startet es leicht lieblich honigtönernd und wird dann zunehmend herber; ein süffiges Hausbier in schöner Aufmachung! Clear light yellow with white foam head, bubbly but lasting. Aroma is weak, typical malty pilsener. Taste is good bitter, not sweet at all. Nice bitter aftertaste, OK. (Echternach 201211)

Ordinary yellow colour, CO2 action as expected. Nice wee header. Taste of a bit straw and hops, rather lively. Much better than the ordinary bofferding. Can be appreciated.

Bottle @ Rasmus House. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of corn and straw. Flavor is corn, caramel, light sugar, straw. Thin body, lively carbonation. 020812

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 020812

Bottle. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt and grainy. Flavour is malt, grainy, vegetable, hop, sweet and a little watery.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finsih. oily palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are straw, malt, grass and hops.

Clear straw yellow color, white head. Malty, grainy, bitter taste. Grainy and malty aftertaste. Malty scent.
