3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 madsberg (7528) - Søborg, - FEB 11, 2006
UPDATED: NOV 18, 2006 Flaske (34): Rustbrun farve. Uklar. Lyst brunt bobleagtigt skum.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 Papsoe (22948) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 18, 2006
UPDATED: NOV 16, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Nr. 34 Slightly hazy orangey brown with a small, beige head. Lightly sweet caramel aroma. Full-bodied dominated by sweet caramel malt. Vague, earthy notes from the elder, but not as dominating as in other spiced Bøgedal summer-beers. Only a light bitter finish. Decent and drinkable, but now I simply don’t need any more Bøgedal beers with elder. 130206
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Ungstrup (23920) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 15, 2006
UPDATED: NOV 18, 2006 [Bøgedal nr. 34] A hazy dark amber beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of elderberries and caramel, while the flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of elderberries, but also a slight touch of alcohol - no wonder at 7.7% ABV. One of the best Bøgedal so far.
