# 34 Bottle. [Papsoe’s great blind tasting, thanks Henrik!]
Fin bubbled large light brown head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Black color. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt. Over the palate came burned malt, bitter cold coffee, dark chocolate, English liquorish. Full bodied with an average carbonation and light alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor. Bitter coffee lingering finish.
