Danish: Mørk Centiennel, Perle Mørkebrun, med creme farver skum. Meget mørk kaffe og 70 % chokolade. Herreøl med ristede kaffebønner, bitre toner, mørk chokolade over i noget guiness agtigt. Drikkes til kraftig slowfood, gryderetter gerne med et skvæt i gryden eller til marinering af oksekød eller nydes alene. Skiller sig ud fra en normal Bøgedal øl.

# 34 Bottle. [Papsoe’s great blind tasting, thanks Henrik!] Fin bubbled large light brown head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Black color. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt. Over the palate came burned malt, bitter cold coffee, dark chocolate, English liquorish. Full bodied with an average carbonation and light alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor. Bitter coffee lingering finish. 7-4-7-3-14 = 3.5 19-04-2008

Bottle at home. Black with a brown head, goes quickly. Aroma moderate malty (roasted, burnt, coffee, dark chocolate), heavy hoppy (grassy). Flavor first bitter, then sweet, ending in a long bitterness. Medium body.

Botella. Brewed 24th of Jan 08, bottled 5th of Feb. 08. Pours a cloudy very deep dark brown almost color negro with a grande nice creamy solid light brown cabeza leaving a good sticky lacing. Aroma of well roasted though soft malta, dark chocolaté, hops and café. Great mouthfeel. The sabor is well roasted with plenty of bitter hops, chocolaté, café, some liquorice and yeast. Long lasting dry and roasty finish. Un gran gusto para mi! Traditional Ale.....?... traditional Strong Stout... .aleish....
