OBS! Festival øl - brygget specielt til Ølfestivalen i København i September 2008.
Farve chokoladebrun med lysebrunt skum med små bobler. Dufter af vanilje og kakaobønner. Smag af bitter mørkchokolade og mørk ristet kaffe, der går over i anis og slutter af med en smag af karamelliseret sukker. Drikkes til mørke chokoladedesserter i stedet for kaffe efter middagen eller til foir gras med sødt tilbehør.

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin og Tobak, Vejle.
Deep brown with a small, beige, creamy head. Wonderful aroma. Lightly fruity with chocolate and raisins. Some vanilla notes as well. Low carbonation, very dry and full mouthfeel. Full and very dry mouthfeel with clear cocoa notes. Quite grany feel. Some light coffee and a very long, very dry, cocoa finish.
