COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: also known as Bøgedal No. 139 and 168.

Gylden, Hyldeblomst, Appelsin, Perle, Cascade.

Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Hazy brown like color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of mild hops and lovely toasted malty notes. Mild fruity and herbal feel over the palate. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor in balance. Lingering herbal like malty finish. 7 / 3 / 7 / 3 / 15

Dark brown colour. Good condition - lively but not too fizzy. Fruity, slightly estery aroma with spicy yeasty notes - rather Belgian in feel. Nice sharp hoppy flavour with plenty of orange peel and a robust, slightly earthy ,mouthfeel. Really tasty and one of the best Bogedals I’ve tried. Didn’t specifically pick up the elderflower though.

A Mes rate: Bottle at the Oi Oi Saveloy tasting at Chris O’s.
Mid amber brown with a spotty off white film. Lovely fruity hoppage and some faint sugary notes in the background. Loads of peach and apple. Some earthy malt, really good hops and a pleasing bitterness on the finish. Good stuff.

Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.
Pours muddy redish brown with a big, fizzy off-white head. Powerful aroma of elderflowers, toffee, oranges and light hops. Very creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is lovely earthy, some chocolate, toffee, nice finishing dryness. A good Bøgedal.
