Cloudy dark amber with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma with peach, tangerine and elderflower. Sweet malty flavour with strong citrus and floral notes. Too much elderflower in the finish to be really perfect

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel, elderflowers, orange and some hops. The flavor is close to the nose with an additional sour note. The palate is sweet. Overall an average beer.

Bottle at EsBF09 as Bøgedal 168. Distinct wet hop aroma, nice enough, though. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour also has a little wet hop, but is OK still. OK maltiness, not sweet, quite well-balanced.

Bottle. Low fluffy white head. Clear brown body. Berries caramel aroma and flavor with a herbal touch. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

I am a little sceptical about this one. Elder flowers?! Orange?! Is it a feminine beer?
Hazy dark brown with lasting off-white head.
Wonderfull aroma. First actually the cascade, making it pale ale like and bitter. Then the elder flower, but not in a nauseeating way, then the orange, and again not too sweet.
A little sticky, but OK. Alcohol level is fine and subdued. Very very creamy and with quite high carbonation.
Lovely biternness, lovely beer. Thank you Henrik for the gift.

The color is hazy, red-brown and the head is huge and lasting. The aroma has notes of elderflower, malt and light oranges. The flavour has sweetness and notes of elderflower, oranges and malt. It is very harmonic and delicious.
