TorbenJensen (831) - Valby, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2015
The aroma is dominated by citrus, light malt and light fruit. Tastes unbelievably good. Tart citrus (from Lemon balm) goes quickly into a comfortable sweet malt with distinct fruit tones and a long hop bitterness that is beautifully balanced with other flavors. Typically Belgian fullness. The creamy head acts as a thin film in the mouth, in which all flavor impressions are held in place for a long time. A beer with great character.
