Commercial Description:
Mørk Vinterøl, Perle, Cascade, Muskovado 5,5% Mørkebrun øl med mørkebrunt skum. Dufter af kaffe med syre i næsen. God balance mellem sødme og bitterhed. Virker frisk, fløjlsblød og let med megen fylde. Perler i munden. Perfekt mørk drikkeøl, som man har lyst til bare at drikke. Vinter aperitif fx med Cremant. 3 dele øl til 1 del Cremant fx serveret med foie gras.

Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.<br /> Pours lightly muddy brown with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma is sweet, good chocolate, some light coffee, dried raisins. A bit of flowery and fruity hops. Lowish carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel. Nice, balanced flavour. Some definite hops, lots of fruitiness and a little pine. Wonderful dryish coffee malts in the finish. Great.

Bottle. Hazy brown colour with a medium beige head. Rich aroma and taste of malts, chocolate and frutis. Nice semi bitter finish.
