Hazy orange with lasting almost white head.
Very fruityy for a weissbier. Not so spicy but more fruity. Very creamy as usual with Bøgedal. Fantastic weisse.

RBESG Sheffield 2009 Grand Tasting @ the Harlequin. Hazy amber color, with medium off-white head. Fruity aroma with carame notes, some spices as well. Sweet matly taste ,with caramel, banana and ripe fruity. Distinct hops in teh background. not your typical Wit.

Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Transparent copper amber orange with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of toasty lightly sweet wheat and grain with some earthy hops. Starts with good fullness and sweet malty wheaty flavor with a nice light fruity complexity and a toasty sweet finish with some peppery notes. Well-balanced and unique.

Had this Fantastic Witbier(Hvede) Friday night at home together with sushi and it was a very nice "blend". It is a always a "sheer" pleasure to open the beers from Bøgedal and this one was not an excemption. Fantastic colour, odeur and taste - even for a non-Witbier fanatic.
