COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Gylden hvede, appelsin, muscovado.
Kobberrød hvedeøl - smager frisk af hvede med mørk karamelsirup indover og toner af mørk chokolade i eftersmagen. Har et lækkert cremefarvet tykt skum. En dejlig sommer øl, der dufter af hvede, karamel og en snert af appelsin.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, overriped fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Pours a nice, clear amber with a great, frothy, yellowish head. Aroma is sweet and wheaty, light coriander and caramel. Fat and grainy mouthfeel with fair carbonation. Sweet flavour, some caramel mixed in with the wheat. A bit too ’fat’ perhaps.
