The restaurant at Kellers Park. Golden brown with a beautiful brown head. Aroma of orange peel, mandarin and caramel. The flavour is dominated by the caramel malt, being quite sweet - like chocolate and hazelnuts - but not cloying. Ends on a refreshing light citric note. All in all, this is a very harmonic and tasty brew!

Bottle, 75cl corked, as #203. A minimal sized off-white head sits on top of an almost clear, brown body. The aroma has sugar and caramel, as well as hints of cellar and some faint smoked notes. There’s sweetness, caramel and some roasted notes in the flavor. Some candi sugar and dried fruits too. Medium body. Sweet, caramel and some dried fruits in the end. A rather unusual one, but nice. I can’t really pin what it is, but there’s something going on that makes me think it’s an unusual one. 110610

bottle. Dark brown-orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, alcohol, malt, sugar. flavour is sweet, malt, yeast, candis sugar, hop, coffee, fruit. Nice beer.

Pours chestnut cola-like with a small, fizzy, yellowish head. Disappears quickly. Aroma has caramel, light earthiness, chocolate, mild liqourice. Low carbonation, fair oily mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, good chocolate, some liqourice. Belgian sugar abound, mild fruity bitterness. Very nice.

Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, yeasty notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, keller, fruity, yeasty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100821]

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Fruity aroma of caramel and berries with notes of spices. Fruity flavour of caramel, spices and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Aroma of sweetness, fruits, spice and herbs. flavour of fruits, sweetness, caramel, spice. Medium bodied. Fruity and spiced end.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and some hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. Cloudy amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is dusty hops, sweet fruity with yeaty notes. The flavour is sweet fruity with some hops. Long sweet fruity finish.
