Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.
Pours muddy orange with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma has malts, oranges, grass, light citric, a bit doughy. Medium carbonation, lovely creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is super malty, but not really that sweet. Clear emphasis on the malts that are chewy, light doughy, a bit of soggy rye flour, grainy wheat. Good grassy and orangey bitterness aside it. Very well brewed to focus on the malts.

Light unclear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, peach. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120202]

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy amber coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of caramel and berries with notes of spices and acidic notes. Fruity flavour of caramel, berries and liquorice with notes of hops. Fruity finish.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy golden - white head. Apples, peachy, toasted, sweetness, caramel, light bread, bisquit, orange, wheaty, flat.... Plain.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy to peachy and toasted caramelish malt. Caramelish to biscuity malt flavoured. Light fruity and vague citrusy to peachy. Ends medium dry and toasted malty.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light beige head. Aroma of sweetness, ripe fruits, spice. Flavour of light herbs, sweetness, light fruits. Medium bodied. Herbal and grassy light bitterness with a touch of sweetness.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, raspberries, some caramel, flowery notes and hops.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, peaches, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches, raspberries, malt, fruits, yeast, and a bit of straw, leading to a dry finish.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2012 Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange beer with a small off white head. Aroma is malty with notes of hay, light skinned fruits and syrup. Taste is medium swwet, quite complex and only bitter. Short, off dry finish. Medium body, very soft carbonation.
