Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, pine, herbs. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, passion fruit, spicy, sweet fruit (yeast). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Yeasty - and slightly Bretty(?) nose. Medium body, smooth and slightly sweet fruitiness with lots of yeastiness. There’s a slight tartness. Quite smooth - Belgian style really. 261111

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit and hops. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, spices, hops, little citrus and a little acid.

Bottle @ Early Winter Gathering season 11/12, Ulfborg. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head. Grassy and fruity nose and flavor. Orange fruit leaving a tart note. Overcarbonated. Dry end.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, light malty and floral. Fruity, sweet and crisp flavoured. Mild sweetness, smooth fruity bitterness and mellow finish. Nice and easy.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin White head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrus fruits, And hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, hay, and malt, leading to dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Pours muddy orange, small, staying, creamy white head with lovely laces. Aroma is citric, oranges, doughy, light grainy. Medium carbonation, fine light and mild dry mouthfeel. Flavour is tartish, some oranges, citric, good doughy and mild biscuity. Fresh, light bitter hoppy finish. Pleasant.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Ølfestival 2011, as No 255 Nordisk. It pours an unclear, yellowish-golden orange body with a small, off-white head on top. Oranges, pale malts and some yeast in the aroma. The flavor has oranges and some citrus peel, some malty sweetness in the backdrop. Dryish and almost full-bodied on the palate, decently bitter towards the end. Certainly a nice beer, leading my thoughts to Belgian saisons. 110527

Bottle at Toldboden while eating oysters. (5 oysters 50kr - 1 glass of beer 25 kr). Cloudy yellow/golden - white head. Fruity hoppy. Wheaty notes. Citrus. Light malty. Orange. Spicy notes. Minerals. Hay. Grainy notes. Banana. Yeasty. Ok.

Sample at KØ-2011. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is dry, fruit, malt, hop, orange. Flavour is dry, fruit, malt, hop, orange, grain. Nice beer.
