Danish: Malt: Hvede- og byg malt
Humle: Perle og Cascade
Lys øl, med et dejlig lyst skum der holder længe. Den dufter dejligt af blomster, akaciehonning og mandler. En meget blød og harmonisk øl der smager sødmefuldt af blomster, tørrede abrikoser, appelsin og akacie honning. Har en god lang eftersmag og en let bitter afslutning. God til julefrokosten og til lettere cafemad.

Bottled. A murky dark golden beer with a rim of off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, dusty hops, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, caramel, and some apricots, leading to a smooth, dry, and sweet finish.

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, notes of caramel, some flowers and hops. Exceptionally smooth.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity nose with a little phenols. Medium body, some sweet fruitiness, sweet malts and flowery hops with a bitter finish. The aromatic edge of the hops is not really allowed to shine. 020212

Small white slightly coarse head. Hazy amber body with strong carbonation. Mealy earthy peas aroma with strawberry and oranges notes. Dry-sweet mealy strawy earthy taste with oranges and peas notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dry-sweet mealy oranges and strawberry aftertaste with earthy herbal resiny notes. Excellent! Very elegant and harmonic; amazingly drinkable. (0.75l bottle, wine monopoly, Vika, Oslo.)
